(Part 3/4)
“Obedience is central to becoming, being and remaining happy.”

This statement is saying that obedience is the key to happiness, because if you are obedient you will only receive positive consequences. For example, others will treat you with more respect and they will be nicer to you. You will also gain a lot of trust because you do the right thing. If you are disobedient you won’t ever be happy because you will constantly be receiving negative consequences and you will always be getting in trouble. Obedience revolves around happiness. If you follow the rules and are obedient you will live happily.
My Progress (Part 2/4)

So far I have been doing well on achieving my 100+ goals. I have achieved a lot of goals but I still have a lot more to complete. I continue to add goals and to write success on the ones I have already achieved. Reading my goals has helped me think about what I need to do in order to reach them. There are some things I need to work on in order to progress faster. I need to focus more on reaching my goals because there are still plenty of which I have not yet achieved. I also need to continue to add more goals as I complete old ones. For my future I plan on reading my 100 goals everyday so that I can always have them on my head and so that it could encourage me into trying really hard to achieve my goals.
Class Reflection (Part 1/4)
  • What did you like best about this class?

What I enjoyed best about this class was that I got to learn about all the different careers in the medical field and how we would do research on a variety of medical professions. I enjoyed this because when I grow up I want to be an obstetrician and I learned what other careers link to this profession. I also liked how we got to learn how to use different programs on the computer, and that I received the chance to do projects on the programs. I also liked the fact that we had our own blog website that we could personalize and that we would post reflections on statements given to us I also liked the free time you gave us because not many teachers do that.
  • What did you dislike about this class?

There were very few things I disliked about this class. One thing was that we had to do projects individually, in my opinion it would have been better if we had the option to choose a partner to do a project with. Another thing was that we didn't work a lot on researching medical schools.
  • What can you recommend to improve this class?

One thing I would recommend to improve this class is to spend some time doing research not only on medical careers, but on medical schools and what the requirements are in order to enroll there.
  • What will you always remember about this class?

I will always remember the class motto “ctr” and all the student success statements that we did. I will also remember the bloggers we had and the people in my class.

-Elizabeth Missing Sewell
This statement is saying that obedience is the main source of education. If you are capable of being obedient all the time then that will show that you are a well-educated person, because you do what is told to do.  The Harmful Effects and Consequences of Drug Abuse

It’s a moment of pleasure but a lifetime of pain. Drugs will also harm those you love. They will hurt relationships and make you physically ill. They will ruin the lives of people around you, especially the ones that love you. Drugs lie. Drugs steal your identity. Drugs can make you steal. You will let people down and do things you never thought you would do. Drugs can make people take their lives and cause others get arrested. They will never see the outside world. It’s your choice. Don’t introduce your friends to them and ruin their lives as well. You can get help and you will be able to lead a happy life. Drugs lead to a one way road, death. What I plan on doing is staying drug free and avoiding people that take drugs because that will only impact my life negatively.

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”
-Benjamin Franklin

Health is very important and besides diet and exercise a very important factor of good health is sleep. As teenagers we might stress out and our sleeping schedules might suffer the consequences. That can lead to poor performance while awake at school or work. That in turn can cause even more stress and the cycle goes on. Television and computer addiction can also be a problem. We think it’s more important than sleeping when in reality sleep is the priority. Sleeping well and rising early is great for your health
