“Set your goals high, and don’t stop till you get there.”
Bo Jackson

Bo is telling us to set high goals and to have high standards. Set big goals in your life and with hard work you will reach it. Rough times might come but they have not come to stay they have come to pass. So we just need to learn how to get through them and not let the bad things stop us from reaching our goal. It will take a lot of hard work and it won’t be easy but in the end, once you reach your goal it will be worth all the time and effort you have put in it.  We all have a big goal in life and we need to do whatever it takes to reach it and not let anything or anyone stop us from reaching it. There will be a lot of people that will do whatever they can in order to prevent you from being successful but you can’t let them stop you. If you set your mind to it you will reach that goal you have in life but you can’t let others get in the way from reaching that goal. It’s necessary to get rid of the losers if you want to live your dream.

Restoring Faith In Humanity

In my opinion this video is very inspiring because it shows how humans are willing to risk their lives in order to help others. It is amazing how these people think of others instead of being selfish. They put others health before them even if it means rising their lives. I think that the people in this video are very brave because they stood up to people who were about to steal even though they had guns. They knew that they needed to stop others from choosing the wrong and acted quickly and succeeded in stopping them. This video shows how many peoples lives can be saved if we decide to choose the right. The people in the video weren't forced to help others but they decided to do the right thing and helped them voluntarily. I really like how this video shows how humans help eachother out.

"try a little harder to be a little better."
Gordon B. Hinckley
This quote is trying to tell me that i should always try to do my best when i am doing something. I need to try hard at everything that i do and push myself to do my best. Its telling me to try and do the best i can so i can get better at doing it. The harder i try the better ill do something i just need to push myself. I agree with this quote because the harder ill try the better the work will result in. Everytime you try something you will learn new things and get a little better at doing them so you need to try hard if you want to do good in something.

"If you want to achieve excellence, you can get there today. As of this second, quit doing less-than-excellent work."
Thomas J watson

Thomas is telling us that we need to stop doing okay and start doing our best in everything we do. He is telling me to not settle for a good job but an excellent job. I need to try my best in everything that i do because my work will reflect on what others think of  me. Therefore, if i have excellent work then i will be judged in a good way because my work is good as well, but if i dont try my best no everything that i do i wont look as good. In my opinion i completely agree with Thomas because you got to put everything you have in your work and you will succeed.

"Paint a masterpiece daily. Always autograph your work with excellence."
Greg Hickman
In my opinion Greg is telling us to do our best everyday and we will create a masterpiece out of it. Painting a masterpiece means choosing the right everyday which will cause us to paint a masterpiece. It is telling us that what we do represents us, and that we need to do the best we can so our work will represent something good. People will judge you by your work but if you do great work they will say great things about you because your work reflects you.

"it's not the will to win, but the will to PREPARE to win that makes the difference."
Paul Bear Bryant

I think that Paul wrote a very good reflection, because he is trying to tell us that its not wanting to win, but how much we prepare ourselves to win. We need to do whatever it takes to win. If we don't we might not win, but if you do whats right and prepare ourselves we will win. It will take alot to prepare yourself, but in the end you will win and all your had work will have payed off.Paul is also telling us that its okay if we loose, but we just have to try harder next time and prepare ourselves to win.
Paul Bear Bryant
He was an American college football player and coach. He was best known as the longtime head coach of the University of Alabama football team. He was Alabama’s head coach for about 25 years. He got 6 national championships and 13 conference championships. He held the record for most wins as head coach in collegiate football history with 323 wins!

Bryant was offered a scholarship to play for the Alabama. After joining the team he became an NFL hall-famer.  After graduating in 1936 he took a coaching job. In 1954 Bryant accepted a coaching job at the University of Alabama. By 1964 Bryant was known all around because he won several championships. Bryant coached at Alabama for 25 years, winning six national titles. For years Bryant was accused of racism because he wouldn’t allow black people to join the team but it was a rule that he had to follow. He then talked to the administrators and they finally let him enroll blacks into the team. Paul was known as an excellent football coach and he will always be one of the greatest.

"Righteous community unit starts with ONE upright soul, whether it is a community of family members, students, neighbors, teammates, or business associates. Unity conquers worthy pursuits more quickly and with less effort than individual effort alone."
Mr. Haymore
In my opinion i completely agree with this quote because if you are striving toward reaching a goal individually it will take more time and double the effort than if you were to work in a team in order to reach that goal. If you really want to reach that goal then you need to do something about it instead of waiting for someone else to. You need to start putting effort and soon everyone else will to. Don't wait for others to do something about it when you can do it at the moment. If you work in a team then you will reach your goal faster because you are helping one another. You will have also achieved it with less effort because others are there to help you. Working as a team will make you get the job done faster. If you start working hard then so will everyone else but the first move is up to you.
