In my opinion the reflection is trying to tell us to always do what is right, because if we do we will have a clear conscience, and always feel good, but if you do whats wrong you will have a conscience filled with worries and regrets. For example, if you go to a party and someone is drinking and you decide to join them then you wont have a clear conscience and your inner feeling will be filled with regret since you knew what was wrong. But if you choose whats right your conscience will be clear and you will feel good and your inner feeling wont have any regrets because you know you did what was right. Choosing the right will always cause you to have a clear conscience and to feel good inside. instead if you choose the wrong you will regret what you did and you will be filled with worries. I think this is a very good quote and i completely agree with it.
