In order to
improve my health I will avoid eating fast food and unhealthy snacks that I eat
daily. I will also try to change my eating habits by eating more fruits and
vegetables. I won’t ever try smoking and I will avoid it completely. I will
also start to exercise more often, to get fit. I will eat at least three times
a day and eat the right portions. I will try to stay away from stressful
situations. I will be more organized and prepared in order reduce any kind of
stress I have.
