Dean Smith

Dean Smith is telling us that doing the right things will make you succeed in life. He is telling us that choosing the right is the most important thing to do. We always need to choose the right before we do anything else. He is telling us that he always tried to do what was right, which was making his players have good grades because that was more important to him than winning his own games. Making his students have good grades and disciplining them was the right thing to do because that way they tried hard in school and focused. He disciplined them so that they could learn to always do what's right and never make the same mistake twice. I think that Dean Smith was a great man because instead of focusing on winning he cared more about his students grades and always saw good thing in them other than playing basketball. He didn't try to impress people he tried to make his team successful by pushing them and making them work hard.
